This is exactly what he did to rally attendees in Omaha right before the 2020 election - there were elderly people stranded in subfreezing temperatures because they didn’t pay the bus company transporting people from the rally site to the parking.

And the Nebraskans still voted for him.

Probably not all the people who were actually left behind. Once it’s personal…

Not the ones in Omaha! Biden flipped that.

Did Trump bus those people into his Coachella rally? Were there not the same buses that brought them not available for round trip?

Yes, Trump bussed them in. He probably never booked the round trip or perhaps the bus company cancelled out because he doesn't pay his bills.

He is not trying to hide it.

Why is his voice so high pitched and forced sounding for part of that?

Yup. This is what happened.

I don't really understand this. So he paid them enough to drive people to the event - but he was supposed to, what, pay the rest of the bill during the rally? What's the plausible scenario where your company is willing to fulfill just the first half of that contract?

I think it’s more likely that they only booked the buses one way. It’s not like there are going to be any consequences for not having booked the buses round trip. 95% of those stranded dolts - who stood around, waiting for rescue like the takers they are - will still vote for him. They’ve even begun inventing reasons why there’s a grand conspiracy against Trump around the buses, can you believe that? It’s not his fault he and his staff don’t care about them, it’s something something Jewish space lasers and the Democrats.

Yeah, that makes more sense than the bill thing - not that Trump is known for paying his bills! But it is still super weird. I guess everything about him is super weird.

Pay per the terms of the contract. Clearly he had not, and left his supporters in a desert with no food, water or bathrooms.
