All off-year gubernatorial election years have abysmal turnout compared to presidential election years.

He didn't say the Election has abysmal turnout, he said the Democrats have abysmal turnout.

Having Biden and Harris stump is a huge mistake. Biden just made a fool out of himself with his clumsy attempt to tie Youngkin to Trump and I can guarantee you Harris won’t be any better.

2021 VA Race

2020 Biden v Trump Race

But isn’t early voting VoTeR fRAuD?

I voted yesterday in Fairfax and was pretty impressed with their system. Multiple checks of my identity. Six poll watchers standing throughout the voting room. I read that Republicans have 3:1 margin of poll watchers this year. Who knows how valid the mail-in ballots are….that’s my main worry.

The problem isn't the alternates coming in. Its that McAuliffe can't win an election on his own in a state he was previously Governor of.

What nonsense is that?

He's had Bill Clinton, Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Stacey Abrams, Corey Booker, etc either appearing in-person for him or leading massive voter private dinners in desperation.

I think everyone but Hillary and the dog have had to show up to save him.

The same thing happened in 2009 btw when he ran for Democrat ticket and lost the primary race to Craig Deeds

DP. Actually, he is talking about early voting generally. The connection to Democrats is the presumption that early voting favors Democrats and same-dat voting favors Republicans. Since Election Day has not yet occurred, there are no comparison points on turnout for Election Day itself yet.

This. I want to see one candidate against another. And so far, it has been Youngkin against the entire establishment. Terry is a weak candidate on his own.

Note that all these political big wigs are NOT from VA.
McAuliffe is running a national campaign. Youngkin is running a Virginia campaign.
Very different. McAuliffe is tying himself to the disastrous policies of Biden. It's almost as if he doesn't realize how Virginians don't approve of the way things are going.

Macker up in Post poll! Suburban women are saving him.

Virginia poll averages from 538 says otherwise

Everyone is either shouting TIE or Youngkin wins. Tell me why 'Mac' is supposedly leading again?

It will be a MacWin.

McAuliffe canceled his campaign event today in Alexandria. Left the handful of people who were there high and dry.

Probably because of the rain/flooding.
