Well from Ellen’s early pre-Jonathan IG photos she apparently dated another tech dude and shared very extensive world travels with him.
He’s probably the one that posted on IG “I used to hit this.”

I say suicide pact. Burning Man was closed, no torrid parties in Mariposa, only a mundane life in a cheap home.

One of the two no longer wanted to live is what I think. But, did not want the remaining three (including dog) to live.

I tend to think Jonny feared Ellen would leave him and this was a big FU, I gave you all I could and it wasn’t enough.

I’d concur except Ellen was up using SM before 7a.m. sending pics of an empty baby carrier.

Pact is what I believe. Maybe they did walk the entire trail discussing if they should go through with it. I think she was the last to ingest and seeing her dog dead she freaked. No way was she running for help. How did he die and remain upright?

A friend of mine is writing an article regarding the public's concern/inquisitiveness (for lack of a better word) regarding what happened to this family -- she said that there are an unprecedented number of discussions online about this family... only comparable to the election. She said that there are hundreds of thousands of comments and questions.

So relax... this won't be the first or only discussion thread about this, and besides, everyone here is keeping this discussion very respectful.

There was nothing awful in her IG prior to it being locked. It was the same as thousands of other IG accounts. She had photos of her dog, her family, outings with friends, trips they took. I don’t know what the PP means about it being awful.

Take a single criminology course in college, and you'd learn that the very first thing that investigators pull when investigating a crime lacking in evidence, motive, murder weapon, etc, are the most recent credit card purchases (usually going back 3 months) and cell phone bills.

Then they are, without question, drug-addicted sex maniacs with morbid depression who definitely would murder their spouse, baby, and dog before committing suicide.
