From the Mueller report:

“did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities"

Note the word "coordinated"....

Regardless of who did or did not coordinate, the Russians are getting what they want here and in Israel and in England and all of our politicians on all sides of the spectrum are enabling it. It is too bad they can’t get over their differences and see this.

It also said that it could not establish those things because the they obstructed justice by not making themselves and files available. And people have gone to prison now FOR that very obstruction.
