That’s how I feel about them too. Trying to treat parents like terrorists, limiting their ability to address school boards and trying to keep them from having any say in their children’s education.

From what I've seen, Youngkin has less of a "to the victor goes the spoils" attitude than McAuliffe. Having a single party dominate both state and local government is not a good situation; it leads to bodies like local schools boards that are echo chambers representing only one point of view, while others feel completely ignored and excluded from the process. We need a mix of perspectives, along with officials who can serve as checks and balances to each other.

The guy who spent his career in private equity isn’t a “to the victor goes the spoils” type. I don’t know how you typed that with a straight face.

Lifelong Democrat. Voted last week for Youngkin. Something is really wrong with the current Dem party.

LOL, yeah right. No "lifelong Democrats" are voting for Youngkin.

Why do you guys support threats against our elected officials? Is it because you don't believe in our democracy, in our country? Or is it because you've been brainwashed by Fox News and Facebook? Who are the real sheep?

You are delusional. A lot of northern Virginia parents who are lifelong democrats voted for Youngkin already. I have not been brainwashed by Foxnews as we don't have TV at home, I personally listened to every single school board meeting in Fairfax County. Calling people sheep was Hillary's tactic, didn't work very well.

You don’t care that Republicans are undermining elections and pretending the violent insurrection didn’t happen? I am sorry you fell for propaganda and people like you are a real fatal flaw in our system of democracy as we don’t have enough educated voters. Instead we have a whole bunch of angry people kept in a constant state of froth by their right wing bubbles.

Somewhat of a tangent but why do Youngkin voters think they’re more than one person? It’s always them saying inane things like “+1 million” or the real genius above who wrote “+infinity.”

Since you think they’re so many, you tell us.

I know, right? I *never* see McAuliffe voters do that. Or Democrats in general, on any thread. Nope, not you guys!

The only parents treated like “terrorists” were the ones who assaulted and made death threats.

If that wasn’t you, stop crying about it.

She called them deplorable. Which they were. And then some.

“Something really wrong the the Dem party” seems weak when the alternative is the Rep party. Nothing wrong there, huh?
