Who are you talking to here? The second PP describes the typical way pools are run. They don’t have every lifeguard on duty every second the pool is open. They generally know the busier and less busy times and staff accordingly. They also watch the weather and have more staff scheduled on hotter days. My pool has a lot of high school and college age guards who are willing to be on call and can come in on short notice. And it is very typical to require advance notice of parties so they can add extra staff for the event, especially when there will be many children present. Most HOAs have safety very high on their list of priorities. |
The HOA policies are very relevant and are the reason for the case at hand. There would be no case if the HOA policies had been followed in the first place, by notifying whoever is in charge that an owner wished to have a party with 30 people. Had that been done, the lady with the phone would have been told, “we have a permit,” and she would have said, “okay, bye, have fun.” |
You just made all of that up. ALL OF IT!! |
How would there have been a case if the owners had had permission for a 30 person party in the first place? If they had had permission for the party, there would have been no reason to ask them to leave. |
There could have been 6 people or 600, you have no idea. People confront people about stuff they are allowed to do/ IT HAPPENS ALL THE Time. |
If the crazy lady on the phone had evidence that the person was breaking a HOA rule she would have provided it. Since she was just being racist she didn't. |
So never is your answer. You have never called the cops. Have you ever had to ask a group to leave? Ill answer that for you... no. Never. |
This is typical... 10 extra kids are never a problem. The pool can handle the influx. The crazy lady just didn't want brown kids at her pool. |
| You all are nuts. You just create facts that do not exist. There were NOT 30 people at the pool. Some random poster here just said that and you all ran with it which is insane. |

This is why I don’t go to the pool in our building. Everyone uses it as there personal amenity. Lots of uppity white womenswear having birthday parties for their 4 year old where the moms drink & the kids nearly drown. Then you’ve got the folks who bring their coworkers from the bar. Or every visiting relative.
This is why we can’t have/share nice things. |
So there were ten kids in the picture. Were none of them with adults? Or were the only adults there the two owners in the video who were throwing the party? And it would be very easy for me to access my HOA’s pool rules on my phone. I’m surprised this condo association doesn’t have a web site with the rules for the pool posted there. |
What? You don’t enjoy your vibrant community?
|
|
Oh hell no. I pay to belong to a pool that is a stretch for us financially. We are not going into debt for it- but it’s not cheap. And guess what- NONE of this crap happens.
You get what you pay for... |
This is a bit off-topic, but I once witnessed a -- white --- dude call the cops on a bunch of --white/Asian -- teens for kicking their soccer ball around on the public tennis court. The guy, apparently, wanted to use the court, and the kids were occupying it and getting in his way. I was pretty surprised to see the police actually arrive and approach the kids. The kids didn't seem to be scared but they did vacate the court and went to throw their ball around at a nearby field. So, I guess, yeah, people do call police for minor stuff like that. |
| We have no knowledge that there were 30 people there. Maybe there was 10. |
