You must not know anyone from DC, from a conservative community, who is black and gay, and worried about being ostracized by their community. That's OK. |
And you must not see anything wrong with blatant attempts to characterize and generalize the black community as being monolithic. |
DP. You don’t understand what racism means. The PP was simply articulating an objective FACT. |
Facts are racist according to some loonie PPs. |

Well if y'all wanna push a narrative that it’s a “black thing” to be intolerant of gays and it’s a “black thing” to use violence against people who don’t subscribe to heteronormative ideals and gender roles, fine.
Believe whatever you want. I'm gonna push the narrative that intolerance is a human thing and violence against people who don’t subscribe to heteronormative ideals and gender roles is a human thing based on the homophobic attack on two lesbian women who were assaulted and robbed on the top of a double-decker bus in North London in June by five white teenagers ages 15 to 18. I'm gonna believe what I want.

So were they mugged or was it a hate attack? |

Believe whatever you want. I'm gonna push the narrative that intolerance is a human thing and violence against people who don’t subscribe to heteronormative ideals and gender roles is a human thing based on the brutal beating of a gay couple in downtown Austin who were branded “f@**ots” before being kicked and punched to the ground by four NON-black men ages 20 to 22 in January. I'm gonna believe what I want.

Melania Geymonat and her girlfriend, Chris, were headed home after their date — grabbing seats on the top deck of a night bus in London. Moments after sitting down, a group of young men began harassing them when they saw that the two women were a couple, asking them to kiss so that they could watch — even throwing coins at them. When Geymonat and Chris refused, the men proceeded to brutally attack the women, beating them until they were covered in blood, even stealing some of their belongings. https://people.com/human-interest/gay-couple-attacked-on-bus-5-teens-arrested/ Sounds like a hate attack to me what do you think? |
| Pp you need to take a breath. No one is saying its just one groups thing. Not sure where you are getting that from. It is a possible motive for a random violent attack. As you proved above. |
Far from worked up no pause to "take a breath" needed. I simply decided to point out to the previous posters in this thread who were insistent about pushing the narrative that it’s primarily a “black thing” to be intolerant of gays and that it's mainly a “black thing” to use violence against people who don’t subscribe to heteronormative ideals and gender roles that they are WRONG. Intolerance is a human thing and violence is a human thing meaning it's pervasive among all races and all ethnicities and it's worldwide. Just two weeks ago an angry mob was throwing bricks, stones, and fireworks at marchers in the first gay pride parade in Bialystock, Poland and it damn sure wadn't a mob full of black folks. |
So where are you going to go? Where on the map have there been no crimes committed this year? |
Facts are white. Don't trust them. |
Nobody said "primarily". You inserted that and then have been arguing against it ever since. |
This happened in London LOLZZZ I guess that proves that homophobia doesnt exist in the AA community
I don't really blame you because dems support both groups.... so what to do lol |
So in your slick little circuitous way you’re saying it’s not a “black thing” primarily and that the white community also has a culture of intolerance of gays and a predilection towards violence against people who don’t subscribe to heteronormative ideals and gender roles. Thank you.
