People are just wondering what the motive could ve. And there is a known challenge for gays in conservative AA christian communities, as in other conservative communities - not just xtian obvi. I say this both as a Christian and also friend to a black male in this predicament.[/quote]

Fact is you don’t know what prompted it so lay off criticizing entire an community especially when (for the 5 billionth time) black people are not a monolith.  It’s plenty of blacks out here who accept and respect homosexuality, especially young blacks today cause it’s no shortage of Gen-Z AA kids who proudly identify as LBGTQ and while intolerance still exists out here it’s among ALL RACES so stop stigmatizing black folks.[/quote]
