S/O people who think tattoos are trashy (or not)

Yes, but they conform to different types and do not conform to others. So, like any style, they are both conformist and nonconformist.

As dad as tattoos not being art... do some image searching. It ain’t all Loony Tunes and Chinese characters. There is a lot of beautiful and skillful work out there.

I'm in my 40s and have been divorced for three years. I don't keep a record but have dated approx. 25 women in that time period. Some for as long as six months, some one date only. All DC professionals: attorneys, media, Cap Hill, real estate, marketing, nurses, teachers, etc.

All but one have had tattoos. I don't have an opinion either way, but they are extremely common.

I think they are trashy. The sleeves are absolute garbage. The only exceptions where I won't judge you is for a single, legit tat as an honor to someone who died tragically and would have appreciated it. I can't tell another how to grieve.

Visible tattoos are trashy. It shows poor long term planning skills. If you come in for a job interview in a professional setting and I care too claw tattoos on your chest. I do t care about your qualifications. Tattoos are Also expensive and people on food stamps or TaNF further show poor deduction making schools if they spend money on them. I’m a 40 something professional woman with grad degree.

I'm Jewish - we don't do tattoos. Period. You're not Kanye West or David Beckham. Tattoos are generally status currency for low caste people with little impulse control and not a pot to piss in. Essentially broadcasts to the world you make very poor decisions.

Agree. I rose on the ankle or shoulder is both classy and sexy. Really, it's hard to go wrong with a rose tattoo - large or small.
