| Whatevs. My tattoos give me street cred. I earn six figures per year. Have fun judging people based on their looks, though! |
| Personally not my thing, but if you must I think location, quality and quantity matter. |

Why did someone revive this 2 year old thread?
Tattoos, schmattoos. Who cares? |
| All tattoos are trashy. They show very poor judgement. |
Trashy, always. Same as smoking a pack a day. |
+1. The only time it isn’t is something tasteful on a muscular guys bicep |

We have an excellent young marketing person in our office with a big tattoo spread across her back which extends up her neck. I try not to let it influence how I feel about her but for the holiday I gave her a Macy’s gift card and the other young staff with no visible tattoos Nordstrom cards.
45 - own company UMC but raised very lower class Three children in college |
How does it feel to be a piece of sh*t? She was probably very appreciative despite what a colossal turd you are. Shows who has the real class. |
| I used to think they’re trashy but I changed my mind after moving to Florida. I’ve met lots of attractive college educated men with arm tattoos. I am no longer judgmental. Life is long and mostly boring. I am happy to have different types of friends! Life would be so boring if everyone was like the average dcum person. |
This. And as a woma who fluctuates between Overweight & athletic, it’s really about if you are fat or skinny. Tattoos on skinny folks look cool- in fat chicks, desperate |
Who doesn’t earn six figures in this area? Honestly. I teach kindergarten and make six figures. |
| I think the biggest problem is how they'll look when stretching with 60 year old skin. |
| All tattoos are trashy. I wouldn't hire or date anyone with a visible tattoo. My son has one on his back, not visible except when he's swimming. |
|
I have one.. got it when I was 24 and was having a really hard time in my life.
I am 35 now and want to get rid of it. |
| I want a tattoo. Yes they are trashy. |
