Btw, there has to be a sockpuppet in this thread, right? There will occasionally be a normal person saying they think it's gross to go to work sick and then 10+ posts in a row where someone is seething we deigned to be grossed out by being sneezed on at work.

Seems like the sockpuppeting is the person freaking out about germs that are everywhere and who refuses to wear a mask during flu season.

Mask only helps so much as you both need to mask and air filters. Bigger problem is some viruses are surface based so its on everything the sick person touches from the door handles to the bathrooms.

When I'm sick and have a fever, I make sure to go in for half a day before going home sick and taking the next couple of days off so that people don't claim I'm faking it.
