The reason insurance payments keep going up, and the reason Biden used temporary credits to keep them low, is because Obama care doesn’t work and has steadily increased the cost of care. I don’t know the solution .. I think healthcare formally adopted as a government service for all Citizens and legal residence is probably the answer. But papering over the failure of Obamacare is not the answer. At all.

No one is papering over it. This is what we have until R's come to the table with a solution other than repeal. Dems would love to make changes to what the status quo is as well. ACA was only ever supposed to be a starting point. Even Obama said that.

The GOP is clinging to a silly tradition called the filibuster that isn't even in the Constitution. If they ended it the government would open right away.
