Nva, loudoun, Mclean moving mls next2. Bethesda and Achilles forced to move to mls next2 as well. All announcements coming out this week. Mls next tier 1 will remain mostly for MLS academies and very few exceptions

Fairfax/MYS are expanding, will have access to both leagues.
