AFAIK my child did not have an IEP, 504, or anything else related to mental health or academic support needs, so I'm at a loss as to why their name would be on the list and would like to know what the info is.

I wouldn’t. Fcps will give you way more data than you request.

So I got this letter last night along with everyone else. I called the 1800 number... useless, I called the high school they would not comment, I called the ombudsman, unreachable, I called Dr. Reid and they took my information, I called special services in FCPS and they said they had no idea what I was talking about and then I called my school board member. They called back, but said I should contact the email listed and someone might get back with me about what was posted about my child.

Imagine if my child who has suicidal idealation finds out that her private thoughts and mental health crises were published for all the world to see? How do you think she is going to react?

I hope Callie posted her own child's private mental health records for the world to see on her blog. I hope someone tells her child how messed up and what a loser they are so that her child cries in the bathroom.

Who does this person think she is? That she can publish information about other people's children? If I knew where she lived or where to find her I would very definitely send her a letter. So someone made a mistake they were probably tired and exhausted after being over worked and under appreciated.

This is the type of person that will never understand how others feel because she is too caught up in her own importance. I am just crossing my fingers that my child never finds this out.

That’s her website, not exactly an unbiased source. I have no problem believing she may still have data no matter what she posted there.

They did not. I have two children and only received a letter for one. Like an earlier poster, my child had mental health issues during the time in question. Also like that poster, I desperately hope my child will not find out what this horrible woman shared and posted. It has taken years for her to get back to a good place. If any child comes to real and actual harm from this civil rights violation that witch should be held financially liable.

Yes, she makes a practice of repeatedly asking for information in hopes of a gotcha moment. It would be interesting to find out how many requests she has made. She previously got material in error and published it. She is a wart on Fairfax County.
