Perhaps if it was the mom, since she had traumatic brain injury, so her thinking was cloudy. Even that makes very little sense. They had everything going for them.

Who knows why anyone does FA?

Some who do FA include the pets too. It’s sick but their thinking is better we all die together.

I just want to weep reading this. I doubt tbi made Chung cloudy. If this was FA my money is on her. Omg the stuff posted o her IG prior to it being locked was awful. Everyone seemed to love John. No one says a word about the mom.

What was awful about her IG posts? How did you even read them if they’re locked?

Np
I didn’t see anything awful in her IG posts. I looked through it before the family or FBI or whomever closed the account. Her posts were about travel, friends, loved ones. Nothing unusual or awful. Not saying she couldn’t have done FA, but I didn’t get that vibe from her IG.

Another NP.
I also read through all her Instagram posts prior to them being locked. Seemed like normal stuff from a photogenic mom who enjoyed life, friends, family, dog, and travel. I get that people curate their lives on Instagram, but I did not get any weird vibe whatsoever. Nor was she someone who seemed attention seeking.

And heat related deaths don’t require searches of one’s social media, cars, homes and countless interviews with acquaintances. There is apparently much more going on here than heat strokes.

They have to explore all possibilities since no one witnessed it. It could still be heat stroke. So much speculation here.

Seems Mrs. Gerrish was not a happy woman which is incredibly concerning.

Why do you say this?

I can’t keep up. What does it say about traumatic brain injury?

The dead husband’s mother?

My sister is a water lawyer near there in CA. She told me that the ricks themselves (that line the streams, that the mountains have a lot of) cause sulphide to leach out which feeds the algae. So maybe it is the algae after all.

Utterly frightening. I’d stay in my yard.

Good morning. The environmental factors were ruled out I believe. All tests related to water, alga and air toxins got returned 08/25 and Sheriff Briese addressed environmental tests in his press release the next day. The tests were rushed so if these unfortunate deaths proved to be due to such factors the general public would not be at risk.
Moving forward it appears they are now conducting in depth drug screens.

This? “The pathologist currently is issuing an autopsy finding of ‘pending toxicology,’” said Kristie Mitchell, spokesperson for the Mariposa County Sheriff’s Office.

That's the opposite of what was said.

There is a lot of speculation here but you also have your head in the sand. People die of heat stroke all the time and they don't call the FBI in to investigate. If it was at all clear this was heat related, this would have been an open and shut case.

I think it's a combination of factors. The heat definitely is one. Then the illegal grows and climate change which is making the waters deadly and toxic.

Something about the SM Photos of this most photogenic family has made people believe this had to be heat or a floral bloom. Actually, one of the deceased has quite the reputation, ifkwim. Not all women are cut out for motherhood & life in a one horse town, preferring big city life, clubbing & nights on the town However, they can still smile for photos. If this couple had been unkempt and living in a shack people would scream “drugs”. But, it appears people are enamored by the success Jonathan enjoyed and feel all was perfect for Gerrish/Chung.

What do you mean by this? Drugs? If so, how do you know that or why do you think that?
