GA Case

How and why would they have phone records? On what legal authority would they be able to request it? There are no criminal charges against Willis. Don't you need a warrant from a judge? And doesn't "warrant" actually have some criminal charges associated with it?

Seems to me a pretty huge breach of privacy laws and due process if any rando lawyer or private investigator can just request phone records from your cell phone providers for whatever reason they want.

Breaking: Rep. Jordan of the Judiciary Committee spoke to several 'whistleblowers' from Fani Willis' Office.

What? A warrant? Why would they need such a thing? Silly you.
The government was able to get all kinds of records from banks and phone companies with simple requests when it came to Jan. 6.

But...............In this case, they had a subpoena.....

"Friday’s court filing includes an affidavit from Charles Mittelstadt, a longtime investigator for defense attorneys. He said he obtained the cellphone data from AT&T through a subpoena."

So, if the cell phone records are correct, they have a lot of explaining to do.
They both testified their affair started around March 2022. Did they both lie?

Bullshit - J6 involved actual known crimes, as opposed to being a fishing expedition. I'd be pushing back and challenging it if I were Wade and Willis.

True. Same if the government can do the same. But, they do.

If it's Gym Jordan it's probably two guys named Yuri and Dima from the FSB pretending to have worked for Fani Willis.

Ironically, cell phone records exposing perjury in court were the first shoe to drop on corrupt Detroit mayor Kwame Kilpatrick. He lied about an affair on the stand during a civil trial. Text messages published by the Detroit Free Press months later proved that was a lie. Wayne County (Detroit) prosecutor then charged him with perjury and obstruction of justice. He had to resign and served 99 days in county jail.

Much later the FBI got him on all of his years of public corruption and ultimately he was sentenced to 28 years in federal prison.

And I still don’t understand what any relationship that two lawyers on the same team had in any way affects the crimes that Trump has been indicted for.

How did he get a subpoena?

From a clerk, a judge, or other court officer.

He donated to her campaign. He didn’t “pay her.”

This is just getting stupid, ya’ll.
