| You have to work out 7 days a week at a high intensity. You have to starve yourself and eat no sugar. You have to give up all alcohol. Does this sound correct? |
| No. Look in the fitness forum for more. |
| Pretty much. A preference for salads and kid's meal portion sizes also helps. |
| For me that regimen wasn't until age 42. It was still very easy for me in mid-30s until early 40s. This year has been the turning point. I love to exercise so I use to be able to eat/drink anything. Now I have to watch diet closely in addition to my already insane workout routine. I hear it only gets worse... |
I am so screwed. |
| Dont forget to measure everything you eat |
|
Yeah then comes menopause and even that doesn't work.
Though a friend of mine stayed pretty thin on no exercise and a gin diet. She made it to 85. |
| also have to be naturally blessed with the skinny gene. But even that will not always come to your rescue. |
| splenda is your friend |
| Borderline eating disorder? I don't know -- just be healthy and don't worry too much about the scale. |
No. 90% is what you eat not what you do. Eat meals with lein protein (fish, chicken...), plus big volume but low density (hint: veges) - you will never be starving. Cut out the white past/rice but save 250 calories/day for treats (that would be 2 small cookies). 3-4 times HIIT/week. You should be fine. |
where's my wine in that equation???????????? |
| I know why I am not skinny after 35. It has to do with the bag of potato chips I had for lunch. |
| No. I'm 36 and thin. I eat what I want. |
| trying to drop 5-10 lbs at age 46. got weighed at doctors and gained 8 lbs since last year, had no idea although pants were tight. first time just watching what i eat isn't working. work out moderately... |
