Yep you are the only one. So Trump and the senate leadership get briefed on the FBI investigate as it moves forward. Interesting how trump went after ford and the senate is now having a vote on Friday. Would not be surprised if the FBI report leans toward clearing him.

WHOA. You know you have got to be a bad Republican if you finally go far enough to have churches get mad at you! They haven't even come out against the porn star poker in chief!

A YLS grad reviews Mark Judges book, Wasted. There’s a lot in the book that matches Bart’s testimony and many of the notes in the yearbook and not in a good way.

I see the Renate club in the online yearbook. One of the Renate alums offers "Mustache rides, 15 cents".

“Judge Kavanaugh exhibited extreme partisan bias and disrespect towards certain members of the committee and thereby demonstrated that he possesses neither the temperament nor the character essential for a member of the highest court in our nation...... disqualified himself from this lifetime appointment and must step aside immediately."

Um, no. The NCC earlier bleated on against the re-imposition of sanctions on Iran, against moving our embassy to Jerusalem, and in favor of Obamacare. Like the ACLU, its just another leftwing lobbying group.

But thanks for sharing!

Jesus was pretty leftwing, too, you know.

Jesus also said you who are without sin cast the first stone but that’s not stopping many people posting here.

No. Just because the FBI clears him does not mean other factors don't influence their decision.

He’s toast. Toast done by Thursday.

The inference here is that there are flags in past background checks.

Moreover, those flags appear to be of a sexual nature:

"Unfortunately, this is not the first instance of Committee Majority staff mischaracterizing or selectively disclosing information regarding the allegations of sexual misconduct by Judge Kavanaugh."

So Jeff got the talking points! Nice.

And the Dems of course know that this can't be disproved, since all the material is confidential, so they're free to say whatever they want. Next step is to have their flying monkeys attack another Senator.

I love leaks

Yep. If Grassley and his staff didn't want to play, then they shouldn't have leaked.

Same thing here , best thing that can happen for republicans is that report shows nothing and Kavanaugh withdraws

Amen

I don't think they have the votes. It will end the same way Harvard did. He really upset the legal community. He will get counseling from his team, then the announcement will follow.

Me too
If votes were there - he'd be sworn in by now

She was sympathetic in her testimony.
When you read the testimony--especially Mitchell's paper--it is clear that her testimony was seriously flawed, especially compared to her earlier statements. She couldn't remember what she told WAPO two months ago--how can you trust what she says happened 30+ (that is one of the issues) years ago. Particularly, when she initially said her "late teens" and changed it to"15."

If you look at the facts, the only reason anyone believes her is because they want to do so. The Dems mostly came out saying that they "believed her" even before we heard from her.

If this is what the Democrats represent, and, if they get the power, then we are in very serious trouble.

+1

They believe her because, well, they believe her. There has not been a single piece of hard evidence that corroborates her story. There have been a mountain of inconsistencies in her ever changing accounts surrounding this case. 1) Did she coach anyone for polygraph; 2) Did she take a polygraph on the same day of her grandmother's funeral 3) Did she share notes with the Post 4) Did she put in a second door for google interns or herself 5) Did she live in a 500 sq ft studio 6) Was she afraid of flying 7) Did she know who paid for her poly 8) Did she know her lawyers work for free 9) Did she know senate staffers were willing to come to her 10) 4 boys, or 2 boys; late teens, early 1980s, mid 1980s, 1980s, or 1982.

Honestly I don't know why Dr. Ford is not investigated for perjury.

She will be.

In more good news, a bunch of the flying monkeys were arrested today, some for invading Manchin's offices and one special miscreant for doxing some Republican Senators.

I have this feeling too. I don’t think “the 5” have communicated their votes yet.
