You are misunderstanding the conversation here. Those predicting Prep tilting the competitive balance of the IAC by bringing in players from outside the area aren’t GP supporters. The idea is that this is unfair and would only be done by a school without principles. Or that whatever competitive achievements there are are somehow illegitimate. St Albans should be the underdog so it’s OK for someone not connected to GP to root for them. |
Ah can’t wait for the SJC vs GC match up on Old Vic Friday night. We always talk about St. John’s being a dominant force in the dmv, but I never see them step up in the playoffs. Remember last year and that disastrous loss to Ryken in the quarterfinals. I think GC has this one in the bag. |
| Why would one assume that the best players would want to come board at Prep when there are many schools currently ranked in the national T20 (which Prep is not) that offer boarding? I'm sure their boarding attackers help the team, but not enough to make the team elite. |
Is Noah Hhan a boarder? He is considered the top attackman in the 2026 class, and if he is not the top, he is in the top 3. And you are clueless if you don't think he would make any team that much better around. His speed and quickness are elite, and his vision is excellent. He will likely play in the midfield for Princeton next year. |
| Heard the Bullis coach just retired. |

Might be a good time for it. Had a great run with an underrated team going into the year, despite the loss on Tuesday. |
Landon imported kids for years. If they had to play with just locals, they would have had issues the last few years. |
Have you seen their facilities? |
Landon imported kids for years? Care to elaborate here? The school doesn't have dorms. |
