Single Issue Voter: Controlling The Borders

Biden/Harris have to go. Their open border policy is insane and no justification has been offered to explain this craziness.

Wonder if any Democrat Mayor of a sanctuary city will endorse the Republican nominee for President since they have gotten a taste of their own medicine.

Last night during the debate Governor Ron DeSantis pledged that any illegal crossing the border & bringing fentanyl into the US will be shot dead.

Iโ€™m sure our resident gaslighters will be along any minute to tell us there is no caravan of migrants, demanding visas to the US.

Trooper disrupted a human smuggling attempt on RR 334 in Kinney County. The trooper arrested the driver, from Pasadena, after multiple illegal immigrants fled from the vehicle. The trooper attempted to detain one of the illegal immigrants who pushed & struggled against the trooper. A search of the vehicle revealed two unaccompanied children from Mexico, ages 7 & 9, in the cargo area.

The driver, Francisco Alanis Jr., a confirmed Tango Blast gang member, faces charges for human smuggling.

The passenger, J. Isabel De Nova Bautista, an illegal immigrant from Mexico, faces charges for evading & resisting arrest.

The driver was transporting the illegal immigrants to Houston. The children were going to be smuggled to California.

Great work by the trooper in stopping this human smuggling attempt & rescuing the children.

This is outrageous. A child killer.
This is the "vetting" of migrants who enter.

NEW: ICE in Boston arrested an illegal immigrant who is wanted in Brazil for aggravated homicide of a child under age 14. He was first apprehended by Border Patrol after crossing illegally into AZ in May 2021, but was released into the US & failed to report. In July 2021, Brazil sought him for aggravated homicide. Over two years later, ICE found & arrested the Brazilian national at his home in Plymouth, MA.

He was living in Herndon for 2 months......

An illegal Honduran immigrant charged with rape, kidnapping and assault was released onto the streets in Virginia, despite a request by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to hold him until it could take him into custody to deport him. He was free for nearly two months until ICE was able to arrest him.

ICE announced in a recent press release that it arrested the unnamed Honduran national, charged on Oct. 12, nearly two months after he had been freed from an adult detention center in Fairfax County, Virginia.

The illegal immigrant had entered the U.S. and was arrested by Border Patrol in Texas in June 2021 and released into the country with a Notice to Appear.

In July 2023, he was arrested and charged in Herndon, Virginia, with felony rape by force, threat or intimidation; abduction by force; and assault on a family member. The same day, ICEโ€™s Washington D.C., branch issued a detainer โ€” a request that ICE be alerted when an illegal immigrant is being released from custody in order to move them into deportation proceedings.

However, despite the severity of the charges against him, and the detainer placed on him by ICE, the agency determined on Aug. 17 that the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center released him without letting them know. He was eventually arrested last month in Herndon, Virginia.

That will only happen when Biden is gone. He has no interest in deportation.

NEW: CBP reports 240,988 migrant encounters at the southern border during the month of October, making it the highest October ever recorded.

CBP also reports 13 Border Patrol arrests of people on the FBI terror watchlist in October.

12 southern border

The 240,988 migrant encounters for October include 188,778 illegal crossings, and over 44,000 migrants paroled into the U.S. at ports of entry through the Biden adminโ€™s use of the CBP One App, which the admin has deemed a โ€œlawful pathwayโ€.

โ€œEven as top national security experts issue dire warnings of terror threats posed by our wide-open borders, congressional leaders are again failing to use the CR as an opportunity to force the Biden administration to end policies that place our nation in grave danger. While the Biden administration must take responsibility for the policies that resulted in 309,221 border encounters last month, Congress must be held accountable for their complicity. House Republicans have squandered a full year of their two-year control without passing a budget that forces the administration to end its reckless border and immigration policies. Halting the Biden Border Crisis was an explicit promise they made last year when they asked American voters to entrust them with the leadership of the House.

โ€œH.R. 6363, the Further Continuing Appropriations and Other Extensions Act, extends the budget enacted by Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats in 2022 into 2024. Rather than including changes needed to regain control of our borders by ending the mass release of illegal aliens, stopping asylum abuse, and limiting parole, this bill would reinforce the status quo.

โ€œThis failure is particularly egregious as the House has already passed H.R. 2, the Secure the Border Act, which contains strong provisions to do exactly that. By the time the CR expires in February, nearly one million new illegal aliens will have been apprehended crossing our borders illegally, and countless more โ€˜gotawaysโ€™ will have found their way into the interior of the country โ€“ even as hostile nations and their proxy terror groups openly threaten the American people.

โ€œThe House leadership must insist that the language of H.R. 2 be included in any spending package moving forward, and the Biden administration and Senate Democrats must be forced to accept real border and immigration enforcement.โ€

but Democrats continue to give the US worker the middle finger.

Republican lawmakers are as much to blame for this ongoing problem as Democratic lawmakers. Solving problems is not the primary focus of lawmakers with an R or a D next to their names. It's been a common theme for a while now. This being said; we will continue to vote for them because we enjoy the pain and suffering they bring us.

Sorry. You are totally wrong about this.

We have NEVER seen the numbers we have seen in the past 3 years. Biden has set records for encounters, got-aways, migrant deaths, number of people on the terrorist list coming in, amount of fentanyl and other elicit drugs coming in, and every other metric. None of it is good.
He is not enforcing our laws, the vetting of those coming in is minimal, at best, and one can only assume that this is what he wants..... millions of low-skilled, poorly educated migrants coming to live in the US.
This is a humanitarian crisis. But, worse - it is a national security disaster waiting to happen.
