Senate Democrats sending secret letter about Kavanaugh to FBI

We have the Democrats, who, before the nominee was even named, vowed to do everything they could to stop this nomination.
Chuck Schumer said they would fight it “by all means necessary.”

They protested at the hearings and interrupted with screaming voices, hateful signs and “bloody crotches.”
Cory Booker had his “Spartacus” moment and released supposedly Committee Confidential documents (that weren’t) which turned out to do more to support Kavanaugh than to slander him.
Kamala Harris tried to cryptically make implications that fell flat.
Liberals have tried to say he committed perjury, even though many liberals sites and legal experts have contradicted that.
Liberals have attempted to slander him with a “gambling addiction” with absolutely no evidence of such.
Democrats on the committee tried to intimidate him with thousands of follow up questions - more than any of the past nominees combined.
And, now, at the eleventh hour, an anonymous woman comes forward with a questionable claim. The “letter” has been in the possession of the Democrats since July. Feinstein met with Kavanaugh, questioned him in committee, and this never came up.

So, when all else fails, they are claiming a #MeToo episode.

You have overplayed your hand, liberals. We aren’t falling for your games.

Merrick Garland sayd "hold my beer."

Cry me a river. Does the GOP want to support a SCOTUS nominee with an alleged attempted rape hanging over him?

Not only do you think it’s okay to spread rumors that Kavanaugh sexually assaulted someone in high school but now you want to spread rumors that it’s standard behavior for boys at like Landon and Prep to sexually assault girls. Good grief, you are sick. And no, I’m not associated with either of those schools in any way. And I’m a moderate registered Democrat who feels like she’s lost her party.

It’s not rumors, it is allaegations. Perhaps you should actually read the article.

Give me a break. This accuser won’t even show her face. We now make national decisions about scurrilous, anonymous accusations? Why did this person not go to the police in 1980 if his “attack” was so horrific? Give me a brake. Seriously.

“Allegations” made by some anonymous person who curiously has come out of the woodwork after 30 years. And it doesn’t even sound like she is alleging something illegal. A boy tried to kiss me in high school!!!

In a nutshell:

Accusations are from high school
? Kavanaugh denies it
? Info was kept secret until after the hearings concluded
?Other person “involved” has no recollection of it
?Accuser won’t come forward, put her name to it, or be interviewed

Sorry, folks. Now, not only Cory Booker and Kamala Harris look like desperate, partisan hacks, but add Feinstein to that list.
And, I like Feinstein. But, this is a major fumble for her.

I don’t know. It might work. The entire mainstream media will be trying to whip up a frenzy about the “rapist” judge. You may even see additional anonymous women come forward to make false claims. If they sink this justice based on these kinds of tactics, though, I say take the gloves off: impeach justice Ginsburg for senility and rush two more nominees through before the midterms.

Let me ask this: How can Kavanaugh contest this anonymous allegation? What type of counter evidence is necessary to satisfy his opponents. I think the answer is that it’s impossible to rebut. That’s the point of such an anonymous accusation.

Locking her in a room, turning up the music so people outside can’t hear her protests, forcing her onto a bed and cover her mouth with his hands, isn’t trying to kiss her.

Let me ask this: had she been drinking? She said the others had been. If so, isn’t it logical to think she may be misremembering some emotional event that occurred THIRTY YEARS AGO?

Other person involved somehow tracked down 65 women who weren’t class mates but attended high school at same time to say he was a nice guy doesn’t sound like it was a secret to Kavanaugh or his prep team.

Sure you are. Walkaway, right? (Even though it’s moderate GOPers who are fleeing their party).

And did it ever occur to you that the PP you’re being nasty to might have personal experience with sexual assault at one of those schools?

Sounds like an ambiguous situation, at worst.

To me, it is logical to conclude that it might have happened.

A moderate would wait until the investigation is finished, when everything can be known and weighed into account, and not have an immediate knee jerk reaction one way or the other. So, not buying your self depiction. You sound disengenuous.
