The pay stub could also have been found as the killer waited around the Ramsey house on the 25th. I think the killer knew the Ramseys would be gone all day at their friends house. The killer brought the stun gun and planned to kidnap JB after the family got home and went to sleep. The killer had a lot of time in the house on the 25th and probably wandered around and then decided to write the note. He thought the note would buy him time but didn't really care about the money. After everyone came home the killer hid in the basement. Then he went to get JB but something went wrong and he panicked and realized he was not going to get her out of the house. He took her in the furnace room and tortured her and then left. The killer was a peodophile who had stalked JB. He probably saw her in the parade when she was Miss Christmas. |
This sounds like the least likely scenario so far. You know what they say - when you hear hoofbeats, think horses. |
Someone from the party on 12/23 called 911 from the home. When the police came no one claimed to have called. It was probably the killer checking to see how long it would take the police to get there if 911 was called. |
Also would have had to carry her, bash her head in, strangle her in the basement after making a tool, sexually assault her, then change and wash her with new panties and get her blanket and the knife. Also duct tape her mouth. |
Biggest tip off to me - patsy in the same outfit she wore to party next day. Second - Jon Benet in needs us of week underwear changed into after assault. Third - Burke awake when she calls 911. |
And what does this add up to? |
An FBI profiler said that kind of assault is likely by a young and inexperienced man. It is done out of curiosity about the female body. |
Sorry - I think it adds up to this. They come home from the party, and JB goes upstairs/is taken upstairs. Patsy and Burke are in the kitchen having a snack, the pineapple and tea. JB comes down in the red sweater she wore to the party, wet pajama pants and underwear, having wet the bed. Burke and JB get into some kind of fight and Burke slams JB in the head with a flashlight. Patsy thinks JB is dead or almost dead (it is quite possible JB went straight into a coma or was seizing violently). Although some think that Burke then took her to the basement and kept toying with her and then strangled her, I don't think so. It is established that Burke had a fine motor delay - as the mom of a SN kid, I think he likely had HFA or asbergers, which would explain the encocropesis that is made so much of in all of the theories. He could not have made the garrote. I think after he hut JB, Patsy told him to get up to his room and not to come down. Then she either got John, or, on her own, carried JB down to the basement and started frantically deciding what to do. I think that she knew Burke had a tendency toward violent behavior with JB - I have a son with serious impulse control issues who is only 4 - and I know I do not leave my kids alone together in situations where they might fight. I think she was there for the hit. That is why she never changed clothes. So, she took JB down to the basement, to the carpet area outside the wine cellar, and decided to make it look like an over the top sexually perverted murder. She strangled her after making a garrote with her paintbrush. This part is hard for me to wrap my head around, but either her or her husband must have done it. I am guessing they thought JB was dead. And then she or he made it look like she was molested. Then, she had to dress her all over again. She washed her down, grabbed the underwear from the packet wrapped up in the basement, redressed her, taped her mouth shut, and got her blanket from the dryer upstairs. Then she wrote that insane note, with help from John. Also think it is possible John did the strangling. I am not sure re the who was abusing her issue. I think if Patsy thought Burke she would not have let JB sleep in his room, which she apparently did Christmas night. I think if she thought it was John she would - hmmm. I don't know. But JB was being regularly taken to the doctor for UTIs and vaginitis. I think it is possible Patsy was making her use some kind of treatment like difulcan with suppositories that could cause some of the issues that were seen. Also, chronic yeast infections can do all kinds of things. |
Can you link to this from a verified source? I have never read this. |
For all of you who think Burke was involved, how do you explain him not breaking or giving up this info when being interviewed by the investigators? There is no way my kid could have kept this secret or not appeared nervous or odd. This seems like such a stretch to believe he could have been involved and not outed the parents or himself. |
I don't think he was typically developing, and I think they told him nothing after the hit. Just to go upstairs. He may have convinced himself the hit was not what killed her and that an intruder broke in after. Who knows. Also, we don't know what he told who. The grand jury indicted PR and JR as having put JB in a situation likely to cause harm and as murder accessories. Burke is the only Ramsey who testified before the grand jury. We don't know what he said and we don't know what the indictment says but the grand jury thought PR and JR were covering for someone. The only person that would be is for Burke. |

I just don't think Burke could have kept quiet about it all these years. |
Ugh, I said legitimate, not some random blog. Cmon. |
I know, the blog is linking to People magazine and other sources, so quasi legitimate. |
