Have you been reading this thread. It's been said many times that he is acting erratically not because he did it but because he's scared of being framed because he's black.

I have no idea who that is either but as a general rule, I do not prejudge a case before it goes to trial. After the trial, and if it is a case that interests me, I may form an opinion that is different than what the jury determined when they arrived at a verdict - although I am cognizant that not being on the jury I did not see the witnesses testify and hear all the evidence.

In the case of JM, the reality is that we know virtually nothing other than the fact that he was with HG at some point shortly before she disappeared. Everyone who thinks JM is guilty assume that because he was the last known person with HG, he must have been involved in her disappearance.

He did not. Ted moved around a lot. He had victims strewn across many states.

Actually Ted Bundy had a very stable job, girlfriends, lived in the same community his whole life. He was considering a rising up-and-coming Republican star who was destined to run for public office someday.

He did come forward initially. They released him. Maybe he went to Texas to get away from being followed every second and minute of his day. I would have left as well. Maybe he needed a vacation, but in your rush to judgment you only see ran. If the police really thought he ran, I am sure they could have found an evasion charge to tact on.

Was the victim expelled? If not, then I think it turned on forced non-consensual sex that fell short of the evidence needed to get a rape conviction.
