Situation at Subway - was I wrong?

Was this the Subway at Sangamore? I have had a negative interaction with one of the workers there. She was very defensive when I asked her a question about one of the sandwiches she was ringing up for me. Maybe she has been mistreated or something.

22:51 No, I didn't read through the whole thread. I was checking in for weather reports and school info over the last two days and saw "the thread that will not die" again. I am just amazed that people spend their time fighting over five minutes.

Yesterday, I called at 4:50 to make an appointment at the ped as a new patient. Lady took my contact info then transferred me to scheduling. By the time I was put through, it was 5:00 on the dot. Person answering told me "It's 5, the office is closed, call back tomorrow." Click. This was after trying to get through weeks ago and hanging up after being on hold for ten minutes. Was it the pho in arlington near Rays? They are known for bad behavior but good pho.

This is why I go to chipotle. They will often let me in after closing but I've come to know the closer and they know I won't insist on anything they are out of.
