You Monday morning quarterbacks are HILARIOUS. How many life threatening situations have you been in? Have you ever actually held or fired a gun?

No. No, I have not. But I am not a trained LEO. So there's the difference.

Yet you feel the need to critique their every move.

Can’t say I’m surprised.

Not every move. One move. Shooting someone in the face unnecessarily. Just one.

The woman driver was clearly in the wrong multiple times; once when she intentionally blocked traffic to block ICE vehicles, then when she backed up in an attempt to escape an ICE officer who was holding the inside of her car door to get her out of the car as ordered; then she quickly & carelessly shifted the SUV from reverse to forward and nearly hit an ICE officer crossing in front of her car.

US Supreme Court considers the "totality of the circumstances".

Based on the video that I saw seven times, there is no way that the officer can be charged. It was self defense of himself as well as of others (can use deadly force if threatened with great bodily harm to self or to others).

The victim started this by using her SUV to block ICE agents driving their vehicles. Then she failed to obey an order to move & then refused to get out of the SUV as ordered by another ICS officer whose arm was inside her door attempting to open it to arrest the woman.

Best to obey the instructions / orders of law enforcement officers. Stupid beyond belief to use one's vehicle as a weapon against federal officers.

Thank god for some sanity on this thread. These people screeching about murder have zero clue about the circumstances, watched one video and thought it was plenty of ammunition to lose their sh¡t.
It must be exhausting to be these nutters.

Based on the knee-jerk reaction press conferences helps by the Mayor of Minneapolis & the Police Chief, the feds need to stay indefinitely in Minneapolis. Add in that corrupt jerk Walz--Governor of Minnesots--these people are nutso in Minneapolis.

You think he had time (after being hit by a car) to actually aim for her face?

You people are remarkably clueless. Yet you keep going! Unreal.

I will never believe that this woman intended to touch any officer. She was clearly in a panic and trying to flee.

I very much hope that the idiot who jumped to the conclusion that this person tried to hurt officers finds themselves in the same situation.

So she uses her car to block ice agents, and now we’re supposed to feel bad for her because she panicked and actually hit someone? Because even though she was impeding the agents we must believe she never wanted to hurt anyone?

DO YOU HEAR YOURSELF?!?

+1

YES I HEAR MYSELF.
THEY SHOULD HAVE NOT USED DEADLY FORCE ON A WOMAN TRYING TO PREVENT BEING DRAGGED OUT OF HER AND GOING 2 MILES AN HOUR TO GET AWAY. THEY ARE TRAINED TO ONLY USE DEADLY FORCE IF THEIR LIFE IS IN DANGER AND HIS WAS NOT. PAY ATTENTION.

Was she driving away in a car when she was shot?

The person renting my old townhouse came out of the house high on meth brandishing a knife towards police officers and somehow managed to not get shot or killed. Amazing.

I bet the ICE agent was in a panic too considering she drove her vehicle directly towards him!

Except he was off to the side with a weapon drawn. She was ZERO threat to him or his fellow agents.

She hit him even with his quick reaction to move out of the way! She was absolutely a threat to him!

Agree. The new video makes this obvious.

Doesn’t this start after the gun was first fired?

How is someone who is hit by a car able to shoot three times and hit target?

It would have been better if they had just shot all the J6ers like Ashley Babbit.

She was climbing through a broken window and was not obeying LEO command to not do so.

+1. I played frame by frame in slow motion. There was approx 1 second between brake lights off from reversing and shots fired. The vehicle only began to noticeably turn after the shots were fired. Self defense all the way.

If the female driver had survived this incident, she would have faced multiple charges including assault with a deadly weapons and, possibly, attempted murder.

The orders were to "move your car" and "get out of the car", which was she supposed to follow? And from the video, you can see he was out of the way of her vehicle BEFORE he fired at her. 3 times.

This is what happens when a bunch of basement dwellers who barely made it through HS are recruited as “law enforcement” with minimal training.

Their orders were unclear and chaotic. They do not have any idea how to deescalate the situation. I hope we have Nuremberg trials for all these scum bags.
