All the Home Depots and Lowes stores in the suburbs everywhere has all their drills and garden equipment locked up as well.

Yep. Giant has baby formula, cold medicine, makeup products, etc. all locked up in the front of the store.

Suburbs have been doing that for decades. Those are normal hours for average mom and pop stores. Nothing to do with crime. Calm down.
