Of California politicians? Daniel Lurie in SF - has implemented change, SF is doing better than it has in years. Alex Padilla - has done good work on voting rights. Challenged Noem and got handcuffed for it. Also impressive, child of immigrants who went to MIT to study engineering. Secured funding for wildfire resistance. Did a ton of work when in the state Senate, long list of committee service and bills. There are others as well but this is a start. |
+1 There are no both sides in politics in 2025. It's all of us regular people vs the money controlling our Federal Government at this point. Together, with love, we shall overcome! |
No, they can only remember their cellphones. |
Good for California. Please send some of those amazing Californian politicians to Maryland and Virginia. We need them. |
It’s their chorus. I would vote for a woman, just not that woman. I would vote for a woman, just not that woman. I would vote for a woman, just not that woman. I would vote for a woman, just not that woman. I would vote for a woman, just not that woman. I would vote for a woman, just not that woman. I would vote for a woman, just not that woman. I would vote for a woman, just not that woman. |
Ma’am you are talking about the state that repeatedly elected Dianne Feinstein. |
Fake Dem is back. “Dems are mean spirited.” “MAGA is so down to earth.” Can we cut the tired, stupid generalizations?! Have we both watched the sane people, like Bondi and Noem and Mace? There is everything mean spirited about them and nothing down to earth about any of them! Then, add in the men. We all know that their legacy isn’t going be anything more than selling snake oil, which you seem to believe is a good thing. They can market to fools and if you’re a white conservative they’ll give you the shirt right off their back! |
Is being in Congress a glass ceiling for women? Don’t get me wrong, plenty of Dem women have this attitude too. |
Feinstein was a worthy senator for 10-15 years. I'd consider voting for her if she were still alive and under the age of 70. California can do a lot worse than Feinstein in her prime. If I were a Californian, I'd take her over this Porter jerk any day. |
She put hot mashed potatoes on her ex husband's head ... |
Well, he alleged it as part of divorce proceedings. He later said he regretted doing so. Are you unfamiliar with what happens in divorce court? |
What? This person is toxic. Good luck with *your* talking points. |
|
Ugh, she is insufferable and AWFUL.
As a Californian, we deserve way better. She knows zero about state governance anyway. She’s divisive and ugly and confrontational. |
Do you lie because you have nothing else?

Also gets nothing done. I could probably deal with some of the nastiness if she was remotely competent but all she is good at is sound bites in hearings. |
