When I first met my DH he was amazed that I thought state and national parks tended to be dangerous places: I'm from the South and he's from the West.

I am not surprised this family just moved there and probably didn't know how dangerous certain places which appear be lovely tend to be.

His behavior may not have met the legal standard for "inappropriate behavior," but there's evidence that his behavior as a teacher was very odd...staring at kids, tickling girls, not very communicative, not smiling much, and often giving one word responses. He was about to begin his fourth year of teaching in a 4th school. He's a strange bird.
