This terrifies anti union organizations because if unions start moving to the GOP and the right, then they will need to be accommodated. Groups like Heritage and the Mackinac Center have a deep and irrational hatred of organized labor. That said, unions, when combined, have a hell of a lot more power and influence than a bunch of jabrones from Hillsdale.
