I am a democrat, and for what it’s worth, I think you are 100% correct. I just saw Harris commercial on Peacock Olympics and it was awful. Whoever approved it, should be fired. If I donated to Dems campaign, I would be asking for my money back. So frustrating….

Trump announced he’s now for electric cars because Elon endorsed him. Great way to make policy.

He’s also against the school because the auditorium wasn’t full.

She filled that arena a week ago and he did not.

It’s pretty clear that Trump doesn’t like arenas. Cost as well as empty seats tends to pull him to outdoor venues for his validation. He has done over 1,000 rallies. Crazy stuff until you apply his constant need for validation. Pretty clear this is the only part of the job he likes and has any skill at.

So he should be a perpetual candidate and do rallies. Leave the actual job of president to Harris. Perfect outcome for all.

2) there isn't full infrastructure in rural areas, is he planning on supporting the upgrades needed to the grid and to get sufficient charging stations online? The Dems are. The GOP has been opposing this.

I'm a former Republican, what the MAGAs would call a RINO. Reagan, Bush 43 and the others that used to be the center of the Republican party are rolling in their graves from what Trump has done to the party. The party used to be about integrity, not we have a serial pathological liar who couldn't tell the truth if you paid him. It used to be about standing up for what's right, now we stand up for whatever thought pops into the orange baby's brain this morning. We used to be about small government, not about increasing extremist mentality through the government. We used to be about the people, and now the Republicans are about the toeing the party line. It's sickening.

If you think that Trump and his campaign are not just sour grapes and grievance politics, you have not been paying attention for the last 8 years. He spent 2 years and 90+ court cases talking about having the election stolen and trying to win an election he clearly lost. He continues to say that he won the election and it was stolen, although it was proven in court with evidence that he had no grounds and that his claim was only words with no evidence. He was convicted of a felony in court and he claims that it was rigged. He was found guilty of sexual assault and perjury and he continues to defame the victim and claim the courts were wrong. His campaign is nothing but sour grapes and grievance politics.

I am so sickened by what Trump has turned the party into. After 36 years of being a Republican, After the 2020 election, I changed my party to Independent because I could no longer be a part of the party that was no longer the Republican party.

What mandates? There are plenty of options today and through the 2030's.

At some point the technology will be there and it is a lot more efficient to get away from using oil. Most of the worlds problems today center around oil - Russia, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Venezeula. Get out of oil and we can really move to more isolationism if that is what the country really wants.
