Exactly.
All of the people mentioned as potential running mates for Harris have a better chance of winning than Harris does. People don't seem to find her smart or particularly likeable.

Everyone who has worked with her says she is whip smart.

(I mean compared to Trump….she could win a genius award).

Oh effing please with your and others gaslighting.
Seriously, who do you really think you are fooling?
Harris couldn't run a WAWA gas station.
Trump's 1st presidency was more than competent.
This election is basically over unless a huge September or October surprise.

My personal favorite VP pick would be Pete Buttigieg. He's such an effective communicator, kind, intelligent, can speak to all parts of the country, strong faith.

My guess is that she'll either go with Shapiro (PA), Cooper (NC) or Kelly (AZ).

But I wish she'd pick Pete.

I LOVE Pete myself too, but being kind and intelligent don't get you far as a President. He doesn't have enough experience on the main stage yet. Next time.

He is brilliant and articulate. I think his time will come.

But, TBH, with half the country ready to support the likes of DJT, I think this is not the right year to put forward our first female President and first gay vice-president on the same ticket.

DP. I don't disagree, but would pay real money to see Buttigieg debate Vance.

Why? Buttigieg isn’t good at sparring . He didn’t do well during the debates and when heckled in crowds .

Are you confusing him with someone else? Do you have examples? Because I've seen nothing but instances where he absolutely destroys his opponents and that he always keeps his calm even with vile hecklers.

I think it will be Kentucky’s Governor

Trump is going to loose it when she beats him in November.

Kinzinger.

Unity ticket.

LOL. "Unity ticket."

+1 all these "unity" people are ridiculous. No the Dems aren't going to give you a Republican VP. LOL

Trumpy is going down.

It’s going to be a white cis male for VP from a swing state. There is no way they will choose otherwise.

And then what—serious question.
There was zero consequence for him lying about votes stolen and zero consequence for egging on protestors to storm the capitol.
This is what ordinary Americans should be demanding an answer to—how do we do that??

In 2020, Harris didn't even get 1% of the vote in the democrat primary. She had to drop out before Iowa.

I hate that it seems like overnight. It's been decided that the Democrats have to go with Harris. I don't like her. I don't think she's smart. Plus she has too much baggage from her association with Biden. I wish another candidate would step up that we can get behind. I really don't like that the first woman president may potentially get there by default. Ugh

Agree...which is why the VP selection is so very important. Maybe Mark Kelly??

I don't know much about Kelly but - Naval service + astronaut+ married to Gaby Giffords (takes gun violence seriously)+ Arizona - I think I'm in for him. it's a good story, people are going to be voting for the story they like best this election so we need that to sell the ticket

100%. While Harris' story it's going to be immigration, gaffs, etc. no. No. No. Why is it? The people in the positions to make decisions are the ones who are so out of touch? With every day Americans

Down low brother?
Who are you referring to? Wes isn’t gay. I’m a white hetero mom.
