Biden was giving a speech honoring Admiral James Stavridis so he acknowledged the "Navy Seals" role. Here, read the speech, and admit that you're just spreading more crap. Stop doing that, and start acting like you actually care about our country. Because what Trump has done is INDEFENSIBLE. https://www.atlanticcouncil.org/commentary/transcript/transcript-2011-atlantic-council-awards-dinner/ |
I don't envy Jeff today. all the trolls that are typing while their heads are in the sand. truly I cannot fathom how they can support such a crook. |
Anyone still defending Trump is an idiot. He is a liar, thief and a national disgrace. Put him away for good so he does no more harm other than fleecing his gullible followers. |
It’s all so shocking. Like literally all of it. |
I wanna know what was in the “beautiful mind” boxes mentioned by the staffer! |
+1 WTH kind of name is “Waltine”? |
You know, like Saltine. |
How does a judge like Cannon get a case like this? She's inexperienced and has already shown she doesn't know the law by her prior rulings. Can the prosecution request a different judge? Doesn't the judge need security clearances? Is a case like this a jury trial? |
Right. Everything in the indictment reflect his personality. You really have to dismiss reality to defend him! |
I can't either. He's a grifter making money with America's secrets but these RWJW are still giving him money and may even still plan to die for him or go to jail for him. Blows my mind. |
They have to walk a fine line. The documents they use will be disclosed to some people in some form— including a jury down the line (even if partially redacted). These are the least damaging docs that the IC signed off on releasing and declassifying. For some documents, national security prevents them from referencing them— let alone releasing them. |
The court uses a random assignment wheel, which is probably how she got it. And yes, he is entitled to a jury trial. The judge and the jury don't need to get security clearances. |
It's "would have" not "would of." Ditto "should have" and "could have" (not "should of" and "could of"). Please learn the correct way to write this before you embarrass yourself in a non-anonymous setting. |
No, she got the arraignment because she was on the case before. There’s discussion of this upthread. |
