Wow, so she has a sister living on a wellness retreat campground in upstate NY. Apparently the sister, Christine, applied for a new drivers license 3 days after Armstrong arrived in the NY area. Operating theory is that Armstrong posed as her sister Christine to obtain a drivers license under her sister's name.
