And yet, we don't experience fraud. |
Completely wrong. |
Both of you are wrong. It depends completely on the state. One thing that the John Lewis bill does is standardize the ID options. |
We can end this thread. Voting Rights is not happening. No change to the filibuster. |
But... that's not what this thread is about? |
I doubt that. And unless you have evidence to back up your “there is never any fraud” I call BS. Now - before you go there - I don’t believe in 2020 stolen arguments - garbage at its lowest. But I don’t doubt there is fraud. |
Sure there's fraud. But not in any big meaningful way that would alter the outcome of elections. And, the fraud typically gets caught. |
Almost all election fraud is committed by partisan election officials who suppress legal votes from certain types of voters. They look for any excuse to remove voters from the rolls in certain precincts but not others, to reject ballots in certain precincts but not others, and to ensure that certain precincts but not others have fewer machines, fewer parking spaces, and longer lines. They are trained and coached how to do it and get away with it. |
|
Post election audits show a 99%+ accuracy rate. So ya, there is basically no fraud regardless of whether you doubt it or not. |
“ya” - I guess I missed audit reports of every US jurisdiction. ya!! |
If ever we needed proof that there are no moderate Republicans, this bill proves it, as do all the lame cons on this thread gloating that Republicans will get to cheat.
|
Show us a single election where fraud changed the outcome. |
How exactly are Republicans trying to “cheat?” Because they want ID for voting? I wouldn’t be surprised if the Dems tried to send one the other way and require vaccination for voting. That seems the way things are headed |
