Update - this may be what happens to block scores from being released when there is an investigation. College Board says our entire school is on hold pending an investigation. Hours of my life wasted trying to fix this.

Can you say what school? Because my MCPS junior can't get his and neither can a few of his friends.

WJ

We are RM. Also can't get in.

Interesting! Any other schools?

Blair, and we could get in.

Must not be all students from the school. My RM kid saw the scores the other day.

Maryland scores were inadvertently displayed for a short while on Monday. If they can still see them, it could be a room by room thing. Or individual.

My daughter is a senior now, but she also went down from 10th to 11th grade. Very frustrating. I made her prep for the SAT and her score was almost 200 points higher on the SAT.

Are others still pending? Arg.

YES! My son has not gotten an email from CB letting him know scores are ready so has no code. His DOB is one day off, which I take from this thread might mean scores are being held by CB for some reason. Cannot edit it.

My kid was able to see the score on college board without a code. He did eventually receive an email that his scores were available, but he had already accessed them the day before.

My 9th grader can see her overall scores on College Board. But when she tries to access the score report, she gets an error. Very odd.

PP: No scores are there for my son to view. I think the changed DOB means they are not linked to his account right now. School is looking into it.

Has anyone who had issues viewing their PSAT scores been able to? My kid’s are still not showing up and this is after a call to the College Board and a cal to the counselor who is clueless.

The issue for our LCPS school was a fire drill that happened the same day, which was reported as a testing irregularity, which means they have complete an investigation before the scores are released.

If this was a planned fire drill, then whoever planned it obviously wasn't thinking about the issue it would cause.

However, DC's birthdate in the Matching Tool is still one day off. The school says call the College Board to get it fixed. That was one of several futile calls I made. So now we wait.

My kid's results are finally out today. (Our school emailed to say scores were delayed and would be available Dec. 13, but it took another day.)

My kids are still not available. At SWW in DC.

Same boat here. We called and they said talk to the school. School doesn't seem to know what to do.

No. That’s the 89th percentile. Its top score is 1520, not 1600. The child is not a bad test taker.

My child was in the same percentile for a 10th grader: 1170, 89th percentile. I don't think that is a good score. It's not horrible, but it certainly doesn't mean the kid is a good test taker.

You heard it on DCUM first. 89th percentile is not horrible but not “good.”

This is why all our children have anxiety disorders.

Do you think an 1170 on the Psat indicates the kid is a good test taker? What would you think if someone posted that her kid got an 1170 and is clearly a good test taker?

I would say that 89th percentile is “good,” yes.

My DC at SWW got them on the morning of the 7th, 11th grade.

Has anyone had any luck getting their PSAT scores, if you didn't get it right away? I'm still trying and have called the College Board several times and also the school.

No one has been helpful and each time I've called I've been told different reasons that they weren't ready yet. Today, they told me they're escalating it, but they also told me that last week. Does anyone have any suggestions?
