So not only is the US not getting the uranium, now the negotiation is really going to be about whether Iran gets to continuing controlling/monetizing the Strait. All the while using up military material, not meaningfully degrading Iran's military capabilities, getting their US Middle East bases shot to hell, and driving up energy costs for the world. The failure and incompetence is truly staggering, even for the previous extreme low bar we've come to expect for the Trump administration.
