The director IS Valor. He chooses how much to pay himself and his cronies. That doesn't mean his club provides good training or pays all of their inexperienced newbie "first job" coaches or parent coaches well.

They also make money off their side gig, the separate for-profit soccer camp company that they shovel Valor players and rec kids into. Its called Soccer Academy and it is the absolute worst soccer camp business in the area
