Yes. His insistence about a hearing "the next day" wanting to "immediately defend his name" is bs. He's a lawyer. He's a judge. He knows that things take time. Yelling "10 days" like its something unreasonable. Trials and hearings take MONTHS. He knows this. He is playing games and blowing all these dog whistles. Disgusting.

This. He is way too partisan to sit on the court. There is a difference between a conservative jurist and a right wing partisan judge and he is the latter. Was he really on the Federalist Society shortlist
