Yeah, none of the “he stole church/nonprofit money” theories make sense. Zero evidence, all speculation. Highly unlikely that they could have kept that covered up, even if no legal action was taken. Plus, he has another charity now. Do you think Jen and all these supposed people who know would keep quiet and let him start another charity in the same town if they knew he stole from a former one? Highly doubtful.

He’s a middle aged man who got married young and never lived as an adult on his own, came out of a highly religious, oppressed environment, and realized he was married to a narcissist. His kids were mostly grown and he started noticing what else was out there. He wanted to live his own life and get his dick wet somewhere else. It’s not rocket science, it’s classic mid life crisis stuff.

I kind of LOL when someone mentions the “oppressive” church environment that they both just “escaped” from. They literally FOUNDED their OWN church with their OWN rules. What in the world were they oppressed from doing?! Sleeping with other people? Is that oppression…… or just love and common sense? They certainly weren’t “oppressed” from drinking, tattoos, cursing, and having fun at pride parades. And they were making BANK while doing it all. That doesn’t sound like church oppression to me….

No one said their church was oppressed. They have both said they grew up with a strict religious upbringing. I would argue that much of traditional, organized Christian religion is absolutely oppressive.

Agreed with the thought that there was likely a financial aspect. Because why else would Brandon not be on the board for Legacy Collective anymore? And agreed that there seems to be an uptick in protestors on this thread any time something like this comes to the forefront. Also, if Brandon was skimming off the top and has now started a new charity, they're obviously not going to call him out on it, because then they'd have to admit to the problems and deal with making reparations for Legacy Collective and possibly being sued. Also, Legacy Collective seems beyond sketchy.

These broads will buy a sign that says “gather” or “all are welcome here” while calling people crazy and corn eaters.

There is group of ex-ANCers and the stories are unbelievable. Not one of them left because of the LGBT stance.

I know many who left because of the LGBT stance. ANC was not ‘affirming’ until Jen announced it in an interview the day before trump was elected. This is when & why most of the elders then left. Or the last straw, anyway.

I went down a google rabbit hole one day trying to figure out the difference between Legacy Collective and Pure Charity - and I don’t get it. At one point, LC was just using PC logins to give. And the PC origin story is kind of similar to Jen & Brandon’s story about LC - but different people? And PC gives grant money to LC! It’s in their financial records. Some shady stuff is going on, for real…..

Tell the church? Ha! Hatmakers & pruetts WERE the church. The elders - and btw there were only 5 or 6 elders at any given time - were just a shell. They didn’t realize it, but they had no clue what was going on. Tray & Brandon could have been laundering money for the mob and no one would know.
