That's because Ontario decided to put a pause on the ad until after the trade talks are over.

No, I think the extra 10% for Canada is still on. He said they took down the Reagan ad (which was very fair TBH) too late. In his demented world, he can bully Canada as we are much larger and “they need us”.

Where he TACOed was on China tariffs, as China owns him at this point. That part was predictable, but I admittedly expected it after he actually met with Jinping. Instead, he sent his lackey (Bessent) to do the sucking up.

So what are the tariffs on China now? 40%? 120%? 23%?

It’s no wonder shippers are just throwing out packages because they can’t figure out the customs regs and don’t have enough room to store them.

Wow. Color me surprised.
Is that it then? Are they taking votes on all the other tariffs?

the trade deal/truce Trump has agreed to with China puts the US in a worse position than where we were a year ago.

Why is this considered a good thing?

No, and he is going to veto the Brazil vote. Fascists don’t accept votes.

It’s not. I said this earlier but China is smoking him bad. It’s embarrassing.

China gets advanced AI chips that they will rip off and undercut.

Us gets reduced soybean sales and a year of minerals.

I also just remembered that the House is still on their paid shutdown holiday. That proposal won’t make it out of the senate.

Maybe. Xi merely agreed to lift the ban on export licenses. I wonder how slowly they will issue them . . .

Chinese took Donnie's lunch money on this one.

Still suspicious that this is like one of the Susan Collins votes. Where the one or two of the vulnerable GOP senators are permitted to vote with the Dems because it won’t make any difference and Trump will just just override it.

This.
China didn’t even have to negotiate. Just gave Dementia Donny a few trinkets and he gave away what was left of the U.S. economy.

Only 4 republicans and the usual suspects, Collins, Murkowski, McConnell and Paul. Don't think this means anything at all.
