Ukrainian victory over Russia is inevitable

Look at Germany - they have had 3 generations of a guilt burdened population. Even now many young Germans are still embarrassed to be German because of WW2.

Russia needs to be put in a box for a few generations and then see if it can rejoin the world’s civilizations.
As of now, they are just nazi-wannabes who have nothing to offer other than rape, torture and death.

Russia is not losing, they are gaining and so far they gained a lot of territories.

First strike above surface and game over. World is out 100m Russians.

China gets radioactive leftovers.

No real loss.

The was will not be over soon. Stop this false narrative. Pumping this misinformation killing real people and children, every single day. Thousands of people could be saved if you stop telling them since February 2021 that the war will be over soon. It will not.

Negotiated end is not beneficial for 🇺🇸

Why not?

I see. I come onto your property and then I tell you that if you don't give me some of that property I will kill and maim your children. So I give you the property and that is so beneficial for everyone.

But the US isn’t being affected except getting new gas markets and spending some money
So why not settle for what there is and negotiate

Because it's not up to us. If Ukraine wants to negotiate after this counter-offensive is done then we will support them but it's not our choice. It's up to them. Of course the far easier situation for everyone involved is for Russia to just go back home.

Honest question: how much autonomy do you think Ukraine has in deciding whether to negotiate? Of course they can’t be directly told; but if they are informed that there will be very little aid and there will be other items on the agenda in the near future and they are taking a back seat - is this possible? And what would they do?
I am super curious about this power dynamic between Ukraine and the US and EU. Russian propaganda pictures them as puppets which is not true, but I find it hard to believe they are free to do whatever they want either

Zelenskiy is not the one who makes decisions there, it is very obvious.

Ukraine was ready to negotiate a week before invasion. But Biden stepped in and told them to fight and promised $$$. The fight will stop the minute US stop funding it.

Don't forget the Istanbul talks that Johnson stopped bc "the West was not ready for Ukraine to stop fighting."

Two problems:

a. they have capabilities to hit us too, and

b. Europe gets radioactive leftovers too, and Ukraine gets a feast. Perhaps Zelensky's penis grows long enough he can play that piano from ten feet away. Who knows how radiation really works.

We're going to need to re-define Pyrrhic victory after all of this is over. Maybe even re-name it after the Russians. But even that's based on the premise that they leave this war with the same amount of territory they came in with.

And they have a better military than Ukraine.

I was in Krakow and Warsaw this year and Polish people are not eager to fight. They are eager to make money on this war, but they dont' care to die for Ukrainian soil.

Tell that to the polish volunteer corps that was part of the group that went into Russia.

Poland has a bill being voted on for any national to legally fight for Ukraine.

Poland is poking the wounded bear of Russia and will be poked back maybe…then nato will have to level Russia.

In February 2022 they gained territory because they bluffed, lied and then made a sneak attack. They have since been losing territory. In the last week Russia has lost as much territory as it took them the last 8 months to gain.

I guess their abortion ban makes them feel like they have people to spare.

This is nonsense. Ukraine didn't believe Russia would invade. American intelligence said otherwise. There was a complete disconnect.

Ukrainians made a heroic defense at Hostomel Airport. And then as Ukrainians clawed back territory from the Russian advance toward Kyiv, Russian atrocities were revealed to the world. The entire West shifted gears. Only then did substantial military aid start to flow.

Russia made a terrible strategic miscalculation. And it's costing them dearly. There were no "peace talks" before the war. Just Russian demands. And now the West sees a chance to diminish Russia for generations. Remember, Russia has been the West's most dangerous adversary for 80 years. Russia is an imperial nation and a danger to every neighboring country. Putin made a stupid gamble and lost. There's no good outcome for Russia. A lot will depend on the success of the counteroffensive, but overall Russia's invasion has been a gift to the West. With the depletion of their military, Russia will no longer be a threat to the Baltics, Poland, or Germany. Europe spent the winter detaching themselves from Russian energy. That will never come back. Russia can now go back to being the peasant backwater it's always been.

Poland already knows what it's like to be under the boot of Russia. That's WHY they are backing Ukraine. That's also why Kazakhstan told Russia "no thanks" when Russia recently approached them for a grand military union and making Kazakhstan a nuclear power.

Or perhaps Ukraine received strategic advice that no aid will come until something shocking came to light. So something shocking was produced. You must be young enough to not remember congressional testimony about Iraqi soldiers tossing newborn babies out of incubators in Kuwait, which pushed public opinion toward hatred of Iraq. Turned out to be a complete hogwash but too late. Oldest story in the book.

Another way to describe this is they made great gains in the first few months but very little in the last eight. They are still holding the great gains. It doesn't matter how they gained; a la guerre comme a la guerre.

Apparently it is so so much better than being a “younger brother” of Russia lol
