New Bravo Show: Real Housewives of Potomac

I’d like her better if she would stop yapping about her degrees and being a professor and news commentator. She is quite full of herself.

I think calling herself a professor there is a stretch. She wasn't tenured and there is no way they would let her do this show if she were on the tenure track. I think she had already left.

I’m wondering how she may have left Hopkins and still calls herself a professor? Like is professorship forever? Or maybe she is part time teaching but I doubt Johns Hopkins as prestigious as it is would allow for reality tv.

Eh..... I could leave her as well as Candiace. I would rather have Katie or Charisse back. I think Wendy helped to break the relationship even further between Candiace, Ashley, and Monique.

+1. Wendy is annoying, but Candice is a whole other level of narcissistic, shit stirring toxicity.

I'm a former student of hers. She is still a professor at Hopkins, teaching I believe two classes right now. She's an assistant professor, so yes, not tenured. For the record, she was one of the best professors I had at Hopkins.

Also, I'm sure that the producers want her to be talking about the academia angle.

I'm sure the producers want her to talk about it, but I'm not sure JHU wants her to talk about it.

I know both attorneys who represented Candiace and Monique. Not surprised the charges got dropped. Honestly, I hate to say this, but when I saw the attorney Candiance hired from Atlanta, I thought, is that the best she could get? No one in DC? He was NO match for A. Scott Bolden in DC.

I really identified with Robyn showing up an hour late and still being the only one there. I was invited to a Nigerian wedding that said 10 am on the invitation and they put that time hoping people would show up by 1 pm. The father and mother of the bride were still late and came in half way through the ceremony at 1:30 pm. Nigerian time is no joke!

I don't mind even LATE lateness when people keep it live, but this party looked like a dud.

It closed for a little bit, but it’s open now. Not sure who the owners are, though, or if it changed hands.
