We are there because that is the legal standard for when the use of lethal force is justified. When a reasonable person under the circumstances would be in fear for his life.

There is no reasonable person who would fear for their life with respect to a car pulling out to the right.

His family has come out in his defense claiming he is a “committed Christian”, which pretty much confirms he is an unstable nutjob with a criminal mindset.

She didn’t run over the agent, and the penalty for ignoring a law enforcement officer is not death. It doesn’t matter if she broke the law. She did not deserve to be executed.

The video proves that the ICE agent was struck by the victim’s vehicle. IMO, his actions were lawful. The disrespect the wife showed the agents and the victim’s refusal to follow orders may have led him to believe that the victim was trying to kill him when she stuck him with her vehicle. I don’t think she was trying to kill him, but she did hit him while driving away, and a reasonable officer could have feared for his life in the situation. This wasn’t some innocent mom, as posters are trying to portray her as. She and her wife were agitators who stalked, obstructed and then committed violence against federal agents.
