The Blake bots don't have real jobs. The forum and reddit spamming is probably outsourced to some Mumbai body shop. |
I love how you pearl clutchers are like he sexually harassed a woman?!?! He won’t survive in Hollywood! If there is one industry that will not stand for treating women bad it’s Hollywood. I’m sure no white male executives who still run Hollywood ever want to work with this studio again! Give me a freaking break. Wayfarer has $1 billion backer of course they’re going to continue to pump out movies. Blake will be the one who suffers from this. Apparently isabel too as she was just starting out and she has gained no more Instagram followers, and has no more movies in the works which is kind of sad that she got caught up in this. Blake won’t do much acting again and somehow we will survive without her movies, and Ryan will probably do fine. I doubt it was worth bringing this lawsuit, but whatever it’s their money. |
I think it’s unreasonable to complain about something taken directly from the book. Perhaps she should have read it, it’s basically a YA book, not difficult. |
True. |
I agree Hollywood doesn't really care about bad behavior but they need a distributor and this has been a massive headache for SONY. And neither Justin or Jamey are good at their jobs. Some actors aren't going to want to work with them. I think Wayfarer will be able to make movies but nothing big. |
Dont forget lawsuits with 4 different insurance companies. But it's all Blake's fault! |
Huh? Insurers are always trying to wriggle out of these things. Nothing to do with the validity of Blake’s claims. |
To be fair they really don’t go for big movies. It’s mainly independent films. |
The post was about their viability as a studio, not thr validity of her claims. And this isn’t just them trying to wriggle out, they are arguing WF had legal notice of her claims and did not disclose. And another thing that will be difficult for WF is how they went against the Sony marketing plan with the DV stuff and possibly (allegedly) launched a campaign against the lead actress for their own benefit. Maybe those are typical in Hollywood and its just that no one is dumb enough to openly text about it. |
In the book the cookie dough lick was off of a spoon. Baldoni wanted Isabelle to instead suck it off of her costars finger - to put his finger in her mouth and suck the cookie dough off his finger. This was not in the script. Neither was the undressing or the simulated penetration that he wanted. Young Lily was supposed to be aged 15/16 and a virgin in the book - these scenes he wanted went far beyond the book and the script. |
These scenes that Sony wanted. Fixed for you. |
There is a difference, and Blake is on record as not seeing the difference. Remember her initial allegations Baldoni told her she smelled good only to see the dancing video where he clearly said "it smells good" referring to the tanning lotion? |
The IC said a lot of the stuff he was asking for in the scene was not typical positions and stuff for a girl losing her virginity. He's weird and pornsick. |
Where is the evidence that Sony requested those scenes be changed? From the depoistions, it was his based on his direction. Then he made comments about how hot the scenes were. A guy with a porn addiction wants a virgin teen character to be overly graphically sexualized outside of the script and finds it hot in real life. I can see why the actor was uncomfortable. I highly doubt Sony was involved in that level of script direction but if you have evidence of them being on set and changing the script and directing that scene - feel free to share it. |
The same Sony that acknowledged the backlash against Blake was against her own doing? The same Sony whose producers Ryan called ineffectual and senile? It's the personal comments that are going to piss them off the most. |
