Right. But if that was all she cared about, she would never have tried so hard to get attention for herself and become a big name herself (she's been with him for over a decade now, long before she became this famous). She said herself, in her apology, how hungry she is for attention. It means a lot to her.

Not to mention, John Legend has pretty much always benefited, at least once she became known on twitter, from being with a partner generally perceived as witty and funny. Now that she's like PR nuclear waste, it will be very interesting to see how that changes things between them. She was a benefit before and now she's a liability. And ALL celebrities care very much about how theyre perceived

That's the vibe I get too. And it would be right up her alley considering she cant talk garbage on twitter anymore, so why not come to an anonymous forum? We also know she's extremely online and basically incapable of staying off the internet for a day. I can't speak for celebs, but D-list nobodies like Alec Baldwin's wife and John Legend's wife would quickly find DCUM threads via Google alert for their name. They both live online, they're both in loveless marriages, and they both have mental issues, so it's very on brand for those two to be posting anonymously. Neither Target nor Macy’s dropped her. Both were prior agreements as she is selling the cookware directly now. The article linked do not confirm was dropped and even includes confirmation from Target this has been in the works for months.

Very well said. I dont even think her fans will stand with her. Most of her "fans" came about because people thought she had some "cool cache" for her dating John Legend and having "edgy" tweets. I think with her youre seeing someone fully pathological, with almost zero self control or self awareness, just living constantly in a moment of "I want attention". Like, even back then, everyone knew what she was saying was vile (it wasnt standard to speak that way back then, even if people didn't get "cancelled" the way they do now) but she couldn't help herself or stop herself. She's very unevolved and just going off almost pure animal NEED for attention. Just like she tried to take a twitter break 3 weeks ago and couldnt help herself came back (that would have been a wise choice to stick to, looking at it now). She literally has zero self control, in the way a small child does. It's just pure "I want" all the time. Actually kind of pathetic and sad.
