I'm the PP you're quoting, and I'm a bit put off by the implications you seem to be drawing. Just to make hinge crystal clear here, are you suggesting that the poor school performance and the high crime rates that are statistically correlated with H/PBH individuals are caused by their skin color? Is your view that it's because they're black? And if not, then please be clear about the cause you're suggesting.

We may agree on the impact of certain results, but depending on your answer, we may be in pretty severe disagreement on the cause of the problem and the best solutions.

Please clarify.

"addressing root causes" would give scant comfort to the students and, BTW, Faculty who are being bullied-assaulted-knifed-shot-raped on school grounds by "disadvantaged" students. Playing parlor games with "a root cause analysis" is not an issue for the school districts. THAT is the purview of social services and economic policy officials. Schools should be concerned with students SURVIVING the school day without bodily harm. Oh, and an education would be nice. If a "student" commits a felony, they should be removed immediately...by Police...for the safety of the current and future victims. Innocent children who are not criminals should not be held hostage by SJW's who are afraid to face reality.

What about due process and being innocent until proven guilty ??

Kids need to be protected as well as provided a conducive learning environment

It is! I went there in the 90s. I'm dreaming of sending my own two. Currently they go to a title I dcps that is mostly black and Latino. We are happy with the school, and believe our children benefit from being friends with children from very different circumstances. I want to clear up the misconception that we would put them in such a school to benefit poor kids. We in fact believe our children are better off in a socioeconomicalky and racially mixed school. Plus, bilingual!

You would make more sense if you substituted "poverty flight" or "blight flight." It's not just whites who care about high-quality schools, upper-income AA families don't want to put their children in low-quality schools either.

Not really as whites wouldn't send their kids to majority upper class AA or middle class AA (with no behavior issues) school either

Sure they would! Many rich white people would not ever send their kids to school with white trash/trailer trash kids. White trash is really scary.
