Babies born with FAS often have distinct visual characteristics along with behavioral and mental impairments. Someone alleged her bio dad was a deadbeat addict and the mom was a teen mom. It’s hardly a stretch to wonder if her teen mom may have been under the influence for some of her pregnancy.
