Sanders did not impress me. Her invite to the awards ceremony at the end of the school with numerous grammar mistakes was shameful. I don’t know anything about Jenkins. |
going where? |
Randolph and Hamm |
Interesting. Seems like those might be a pay cut. |
Sinking ship? |
Stop. The APs have been in flux for years. None of the APs in 2024 are the same from 5 years prior. |
That bolster the concern of they can’t retain staff. |
That’s not a good thing. |
Most people don’t want to remain an AP forever. Getting middle school or elementary school experience increases your skill set and likelihood of getting a principal job considering there are only three comprehensive high schools in the district. |
I believe one AP has been there for over 25 years. |
As I said above, losing Dr. Sanders is no great loss, but APs staying at a school for only a couple years is not ideal. |
Dr. Sanders was at Wakefield for decades. I heard that the staff were surprised when she wasn’t selected as the principal. She wasn’t at WL for that long. If I was demoted, I would look for a position in another school system. She is close to retirement, so I understand why she is staying in APS. |
Decades? She got her PHd at Walden University. Has anyone been impressed by her? |
He retired around three years ago. Was there for decades under Mr Hall and the previous principal. |
