| Her previous job was at Catholic Charities. Was she working with illegal immigrants coaching them on what to say at asylum hearings? |
He was in court for an alleged act of violence. BEFORE the trial or hearing , the county judge let the defendant leave. That is weird. County judges are just lawyers who can also be flawed. Many are former divorce lawyers or criminal lawyers. Some are accused of crimes or commit crimes. Some are biased, like any profession. This county judge just killed his wife3 https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation/2025/04/23/california-judge-jeffrey-ferguson-murder-case-wife-argument/83223566007/ |

I was just divorced in Fairfax County Virginia. A few judges there were lazy. I mean a lot of people who weee scr#%d over in court are probably happy this low level judge is in jail. There are many many judges and not all are stellar. |
half the cases are illegal immigrants? |

No-shows means more arrest warrants, right? That WILL get them picked up eventually unless they are walking to work.
By the way, I looked up the NM county magistrate judge situation. His tenant (the resident who was not legally in the US) was horrible. Tenant put down his landlords name in federal documents in 2024. And address as a referral. Then he had shady internet posts. Tenant dragged him into it! I mean it’s harsh - but the charges had some evidence behind it. County judges are not beyond reproach. Federal judges are another story and are more serious professionals |
Yup. Probably a dei hire. |
| Well, I guess no one is above the law. That's been the mantra for the past several years. |
This attitude is what got Trump elected. |
Was she a lawyer advising clients? So let me get this straight. You want to arrest lawyers giving advice to clients even though she is currently holding another job? What the F? This is insane. Who are you people? |
No the price of eggs did and Israeli RWNJ billionaires did. You do not even know what is going on IRL do you? This must be very confusing for you. Head back to your flock sheople. Whatever you do do not try to think on your own. |

People need to get comfortable around the fact that people like Judge Dugan might do things that may be technically illegal but they’re morally right in the face of a lawless and cruel regime.
We need to get comfortable with understanding that authoritarian capture of the law means that legality becomes an uncomfortable gray area. That’s a hard thing to square for some but it’s absolutely essential. |
| I don't think anyone should believe the "facts" alleged in a complaint prepared by the incompetent attorneys now working for the Trump regime. They, like their Dear Leader, lie and lie and lie. All of those lies to the court should get them disbarred. (Where are the state bar associations? Why don't they yank the licenses of these corrupt attorneys?) |

From the FBI affidavit (after DEA Agent A rode the elevator down with the suspect and his attorney):
“After DEA Agent A notified the team that Flores-Ruiz was in the front of the courthouse near the flagpole, the agents ran towards the front of the courthouse. FBI Agent B and DEA Agent A approached Flores-Ruiz and identified themselves as law enforcement. Flores-Ruiz turned around and sprinted down the street.” This suggests to me that the judge did not tell him ICE was there for him. If he knew that, why would he not have immediately fled the minute he stepped out of the courthouse? Why would he stand in front of the courthouse when he knew ICE was there and only flee after he saw several men running in his direction? The affidavit also says the judge asked whether it was a judicial or administrative warrant, which I think she did because she wanted to preserve the integrity of her courtroom. She wanted to know what they were allowed to do and sent them to the chief judge to make sure they were following policy. She went back to her courtroom because she had cases to hear. My guess is she told the guy and his lawyer that she was continuing his case because she didn’t want a circus outside her courtroom that would discourage undocumented individuals from appearing in court for fear of ICE. And my only aim is to defend the rule of law. Without that, we have nothing and are all at risk. |
What you want to defend is illegal immigrants. |
DP give it up. You all have lost this immigration issue. We are now on to what will be the punishment for these agents? |
