Cornell also about 50% |

It doesn't seem like waitlists are moving much at all this year. A bunch of schools have already closed--Tulane, Emory main campus, Williams, Washington and Lee, Tampa, FSU, etc.
Many others have taken off a tiny handful . Others haven't even done that (Michigan, Columbia, etc.) |
Disagree. In the past 3 days I know kids who have gotten off the waitlists for Chicago, Cornell, and Penn. |
Same. I know Duke, Northwestern, Brown, Cornell, UVA, UNC, Vanderbilt. Private. Non-DMV |
| Add NYU, Wake, Davidson and CMC. |
| Emory seems to have taken a ton off the wait list. Bucknell is still open! Michigan's wait list is enormous and they always take around a 1,000 people off of the waitlist!! |
| My OOS D just got off waitlist at UCSB. She will not accept. |
But Emory is closed now? |
| Emory-Oxford supposedly is still pulling from the waitlist. |
Two kids at my DC's school off the WL at Emory in the last 48 hours. Both appear to be main campus. |
| One off at our NOVA public for UVA today- Kinesiology. |
| Seeing first evidence of Stanford waitlist movement on Reddit A2C |

Emory waitlist movement...
https://blog.emoryadmission.com/2025/05/2025-waitlist-update-1/ Certainly not a ton. |
95 seems large for an initial round |
If they need 95, they'll accept more than 95. They accepted 171 last year. |
